What else to do on a Wednesday morning than put yourself through a brutal legs session in the gym. I woke up feeling super motivated and like I had some big lifts in me so I put on my pinkest gym set 💅🏼 and off I went... "on Wednesdays we wear pink"
I arrived at the gym and promptly chugged a 2 scoop preworkout because I knew I was up for a big session.
I started off with a heavy pyramid set of front squats. 20kgx10, 40kgx10 60kgx8, 70kgx5, 80kgx3, 90kgx1, 70kgx5, 60kgx8, 40kgx10
Next I did RDL's for 3 sets of 100kgx5
Follpwed by 3 sets of 45• Leg press at 160kgx5
And I finished with 4 sets of hip thrusts at 160kgx8
My insane brain then thought it might be a good idea to chuck in a core circuit to finish but I felt done so I had my post workout espresso and made my way into town for a spot of lunch.
